We have created a unique and innovative formula compared to traditional hotels, allowing you to choose only the services you really need. With our freedom formula you always have restaurant service included, while you can decide whether to use the room cleaning service or do it yourself and use our linen or your own.
Our fine sandy beach is waiting for you just a few steps away.  

Are you close to the beach?

Literally in front! Just cross the road and the pine forest to get to the beautiful beach of Pinarella di Cervia.

We advise you on the way to stop for a moment among the green pines, look up and breathe deeply: it is a pleasant morning ritual, and the lucky ones may spot a shy squirrel or a singing hoopoe.

Is there a swimming pool?

The greatest there is: the sea!

We are on the front line and our beach - for more than 20 years awarded the Blue Flag indicating high water quality standards - is ready to welcome you.

For those who do not want to do without, the municipal swimming pool is only 1,500 meters away and can be reached by a pleasant walk through the pine forest.

Our Team will offer you a varied and engaging program: during the day we will play on the beach, and in the evening we will laugh and dance at the facility. Fun is for everyone.

Is there parking available?

Mare e Vita Village has free parking, available while spaces last.
If you have a coupon for people with disabilities, you can park your car for free on the outside blue parking spaces.
If the indoor spots run out, you can look for a spot in the immediate vicinity, where there are numerous free parking spaces.

Is Wi-Fi service free?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available from us in common areas.

Do you accept pets?

Small pets are welcome both in the room and in the common areas, except for the restaurant.

Where can I wash and hang my clothes?

We have a professional self-service laundry available for guests, where you can wash, dry and hang your laundry every day.

Is there air conditioning?

 No, but the large windows, the building's thermal insulation, and the prime location in front of the pine forest will make you have a pleasant stay.

Is there a fridge in the room?

We provide a fridge managed by us at the reception to store food for children and medicines.

Is there a hair dryer in the room?

There is no hair dryer in the rooms, so it is necessary to bring it from home.

If you forget it no problem, we will gladly lend you one of ours at no cost.

How does the self-service restaurant work?

It’s very simple: you walk by with your tray, choose the one you prefer among the various proposals, sit wherever you like, and enjoy dishes always different. The advantages are many: you do not have to book the menu the previous days, you can arrive when you want within the opening hours and let yourself be carried away by your senses in the choice of dishes of the day. Water is included.

What are the restaurant's opening hours?

Meal times are as follows: breakfast from 07:30 to 09:00, lunch from 12:00 to 13:30, dinner from 19:00 to 20:30.

Our buffet is continuously replenished.

Beach

How far is the beach?

It's right in front of us!
To get there, all you have to do is cross the wonderful pine forest of Pinarella and there you are, arrived at our very long beach of fine golden sand.

Is the sea safe?

Cervia's sea is very safe: the water is low and the seabed slopes gently, plus you will be carefully watched by a lifeguard from the top of his Baywatch-style turret (but without Mitch Buchannon).

Are there only beach umbrellas for groups?

We fully understand the needs of our guests and know that sometimes a nice gazebo is more comfortable and functional.
Therefore, in addition to classic umbrellas, we have several gazebos for larger groups or those who need large spaces.
